The initial consultation with Home Definition will take 2 to 3 hours. We will start at the curb and asses all areas of the exterior and interior of your home. Recommendations will be made for work that needs to be done, highlighting the items are the most important to attend to. Removing clutter, neutralizing your space and cleaning are important "to dos" before your house is listed.

We will work with the furnishings in your home whenever possible. Rearranging or simplifying furniture and accessories may be just what is needed to make your home feel spacious and inviting to buyers. We will work within your budget for any rental furniture and accessories that is required.
